The Pet Society staff is aware of the loading problems and saving issues

Sonya: Playfish is aware of the lost gifts/items, and are working to try and work out why. I recommend avoiding sending any gifts (and buying new things) until we have confirmation that this should be fixed.

这次問題可能是由於玩家大量購入情人節禮物而增加伺服器負荷而引起，playfish已購入新伺服器以解決此問題。工作人員已著手儘快處理今次的事件，請大家不用擔心。

sami: We experienced a significant failure on one of our core sub-systems this morning. This was affecting around 10% of users. We had to take the whole system into maintenance to ensure your data was safe.

All data has now been recovered and all those affected users who reported issues in the past 24 hours should now have all their items back.

Apologies for the delay in providing an update. The Playfish team was working hard to ensure Pet Society is back to normal. We're monitoring systems closely, please let us know if you're still experiencing any issues. Thank you for your patience.
