From the IDs I passed onto Playfish that still could not load, none of them had profile issues. Hence the issue for those who are still unable to connect appears to be related to cache. It is possible your browsers are not clearing the cache correctly. Playfish have done a slight change to try and ensure you receive a new version of the game if you load now, however if you still cannot get in, I recommend trying a new browser like Google Chrome to see if that works, if it does (once you have the latest flash player and java enabled on Chrome) it means that it was most likely a cache issue.

You haven't been able to load only since the Pet Society game update on Thursday, AND another person in the same household (your mum, dad, partner, borther, sister, friend, etc) can load from the same house/computer.

If (and only if) you fall into this category, can you please provide:

• The Facebook ID of your account that hasn't been able to load since the updates on Thursday.
• A screenshot of the error you are receiving.
• A description of exactly when the error is occuring. (I.e. does it appear to load at all, where does it load to, etc.)

Hi, so many changes in Pet Society items this week. I just known that jukes & lips will be removed from store. Now, a number of items will be removed from mystery boxes.

Hi, here is the announcement from Playfish forum.

Due to some new game updates scheduled to be released on Monday the 16th of March, 2009, we will be delaying the weekly item release on this day. It is expected that the weekly item release will occur sometime between 4pm and 6pm GMT+08:00 on Monday the 16th. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
